Medium crushed garlic or garlic granules is a natural, aromatic, flavor-packed product made from garlic grown in Latvia.

There are no limits to the use of garlic – you can add it to anything that you think a clove of garlic would be good for! The biggest advantage is quick cooking, garlic does not need to be peeled and cleaned.
